Taking material modification as an example, compared with traditional chemical cross-linking, radiation cross-linking technology boasts major advantages including high processing efficiency, no residual chemical additives, environmental friendliness, and uniform and stable product performance. Wires and cables processed by this device achieve substantial improvements in properties such as high and low temperature resistance (-60℃~150℃), aging resistance, wear resistance, tear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. Meanwhile, they feature excellent flame retardancy, low shrinkage rate, high insulation strength and long service life.
