Micro-focus plane CT detection system
Uses an open micro-focus X-ray source, a high-sensitivity detector and a high-precision mechanical motion control system to ensure high spatial resolution and accurate motion positioning accuracy during sample detection, and to reconstruct three-dimensional tomography image of the scan area, which can be applied offline, line-side and online. To realize spatial positioning and detection of defects in plate-shaped structure detection devices and plate-shaped electrical devices, as well as manufacturing defects.
