The project re-plans and designs the existing layout, designs and implements the X-ray machine access scheme, and connects the X-ray on-line intelligent inspection equipment with the buyer's existing logistics line. It enables fully automatic on-line inspection, imaging and storage of aluminum alloy wheels with different specifications, sizes and shapes off the casting line. Through AI recognition, it can automatically determine whether the product is qualified, separate unqualified products, mark damage and divert them off the line. It mainly detects such defects as aluminum alloy air pores, slag inclusions, looseness, shrinkage cavities and pinholes.
