Both parties will deepen resource synergy and coordination, accelerate the efficient clinical application of domestically produced proton therapy technology, continuously enhance the regional comprehensive cancer treatment capability, and better serve cancer patients. Nanjing BenQ Medical Center is Nanjing's first non-public Grade III Level A general hospital. Since its official operation in 2008, it has established a number of distinctive departments, including Nephrology, Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Pancreatic Disease Hospital, Neurosurgery, and Orthopedics. Adhering to the principles of integrity-based healthcare and holistic patient care, the hospital is dedicated to building an academic hospital integrating medical treatment, education, research, and operational management.

According to the cooperation agreement, CGNMT will provide the Nanjing BenQ Medical Center Cancer Center's proton therapy project with the technologically advanced and high-performance BraggCure® Proton Therapy System complete equipment, along with full-cycle integrated services covering equipment supply, installation and commissioning, and operation and maintenance support. The project includes one rotating gantry treatment room and will leverage CGN's leading upgradeable and expandable proton therapy equipment technology to build a proton therapy center that leads the region and the nation.
